How do I contact you & What are your contact hours?
You can email us at info@balloons2u.online or you can phone us on 03 9449 3533 between 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday. Excluding National & Melbourne Public Holidays. We are closed on Sunday & Mondays
Where are you located?
We are in Sydenham, North-West of Melbourne.
Do you have a pickup location?
At the moment we are only offering delivery, we do not have a pickup location.
Can I bring my own balloons and you just fill them with air/helium?
At this stage unfortunately no as we don’t have a physical location. Hopefully in the near future we can do this.
I was after a custom item or balloon display, how do I order?
If you send us an email at info@balloons2u.online with all the information (what you’re after, delivery date, inspiration picture etc) we can send a quote to you to make payment.
How do I place an order?
All orders are to be done online, if you see what you like online add it to your cart. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout and enter delivery information.
Can I make payment over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders the phone orders due to privacy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept AfterPay, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank transfer on custom invoices.
Can I get a discount for a large order?
This will be looked at on a case by case basis, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
What is your minimum spend?
Minimum order is between $20-$50 depending on how far away you are.
I just missed the same day cut off, can I still get an order?
Please email us on info@balloons2u.online or contact us via our social media and we will see if we are able to accommodate.
I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?
Please email us as soon as possible, some alterations cannot be made within 24 hours of delivery date.
I’m wanting an item delivered today but it’s not giving me same day delivery, why’s that?
72 hours notice is required for Event Displays, Party Pack 4 & 5, 250 Balloon Bundle and the Photo Packs due to the time and supplies involved in these orders.
I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
We can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your delivery date, some orders are made prior to assist in a smooth delivery. If this is the case we can only refund the delivery charge.
My balloon is deflated on delivery, can I get a refund?
Our stylists try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the goods. Refunds will be given on the actual item, not including delivery.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. We will notify you once refund has been processed on our end.
How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
PayPal & Afterpay refunds usually go to your account instantly. Card payments can take a bit longer. Depending on your bank it can take up to 10 business days of us processing the refund. This is out of our control. Please discuss this with your bank for more information or if you haven’t received your money after 10 business days.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
When you go on our homepage there will be a pop up to enter your postcode to see if we deliver to you.
Why don’t you deliver to me?
We are still in the process of expanding, if you’re just out of our radius however we are nearby on that day we may be able to still deliver. Please contact us and we will advise if we can.
How much is delivery?
We deliver to Melbourne & Surrounding areas with some areas further out. Our delivery costs vary between $15-$65. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout the delivery charge will appear and you will be able to select your day and time slot.
How are the balloons delivered?
Majority of the time we deliver your balloons in a balloon transport bag to ensure they are kept safe. We may deliver them without the bag where we feel it is safe and appropriate to do so. For example they are a surprise for someone at work. In the event they are left please bring balloons inside and remove from transport bag as soon as possible to avoid theft or damages. Any stolen or damaged deliveries will not be our responsibility after this point.
What are your delivery times?
Tuesday to Friday: 11am-3pm, and 11am-7pm (all day) if not time sensitive.
Saturday: 9am-2pm, 12pm-7pm and 9am-7pm(all day) if not time sensitive.
I need my balloons at a certain time, can I have them delivered then?
Please write the required time in the delivery information and we will try our very best to deliver as close as possible to your time. Usually we try to aim a little earlier for road conditions. If we cannot do this we will contact you to advise and discuss a suitable time.
Can I have my balloons delivered after hours?
This will depend on your order and driver availability. If this is required please email us and we will see if we can organise this for you.
Will I be notified when my order is nearby?
Yes! We send you a SMS when we are within 30 minutes from your delivery Destination. Please leave your mobile number in the Shipping Method details at checkout and we will handle the rest.

My delivery is to a Hotel but I don’t know my room number yet, can you still deliver?
Certainly! We usually leave them with the hotel concierge and they take it up to your room when available. Please call and confirm with the hotel they accept balloons and can set up for you if required as some hotels do not accept balloons.
I want to send balloons to a loved one in hospital but I don’t know what bed they’re in, can I still have them delivered?
Hospitals do not disclose any patient information to us due to privacy therefore you will need to find out the patients information from themselves or a loved one prior. Please include this in the delivery information at checkout.
What happens if I don’t give Authority to Leave (ATL)?
Our driver will attempt to contact you if no one is at the delivery address and you’ve supplied an Australian number. If no answer they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted regarding redelivery and possibly remake. No refunds will be given on returned balloons
When will you redeliver my balloons if unsuccessful delivery?
This will be communicated with you to organise the best time. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Why would I need to pay a remake fee?
If your balloons are returned back to us on unsuccessful delivery we will store them efficiently however if they do not have Hi-Float or has exceeded the lifespan to when we redeliver you will need to pay for a new arrangement or whatever repairs it needs and delivery to ensure they are still looking fabulous.
What is the difference between air and helium balloons?
Helium is lighter than air which makes helium balloons float. However air filled balloons do have the advantage of a longer lifespan as air tried not to escape as quickly as helium does.
Is helium flammable?
No, helium is not flammable, and therefore very safe to use.
What is Hi-Float?
Hi‐Float is a liquid protective coating that is inserted into the balloon and spread around to prevent helium from escaping as quickly. It is water‐soluble and non‐toxic.
How long will my balloons last?
Airfilled Balloons have a lifespan of 3-7 Days depending on environmental conditions.
Latex helium filled balloons have a life span of 7 to 12 hours. To make them last longer we can add Hi Float gel giving them a life span of 2 to 3 days.
Foil helium filled balloons have a life span of 7 to 10 days.
Confetti Balloons come with Hi-Float. Due to the weight of the confetti they have a shorter lifespan, between 1-3 days.
For Bubble Balloons we can only guarantee the life for 12 hours as the balloon may start to sag due to the weight of the smaller balloons inside. Please ensure this is purchased for the day required.
Personalised Balloons include a vinyl decal which will naturally start to lift as the balloon begins to age. You may remove the label to enjoy your balloon for the remaining balloon life.
Balloon Displays each display varies based on environmental circumstances, if outdoors the sun, wind or surrounding objects may lower the lifespan of the display. For any questions please contact us for a more accurate answer.

Do you offer a guarantee on your balloons?
We guarantee the quality of our product until delivery. If something occurs on the way to deliver your balloons we will return to our shop, create a new arrangement and re-deliver.
After your balloons been delivered, they will be your responsibility to look after. This also applies to venue deliveries. We are not responsible for what occurs after delivery.
