Delivery Information

We can send you a SMS when we are within 30 minutes from your delivery Destination. Please leave your mobile number in the Shipping Method details at checkout and we will handle the rest. 

We guarantee the quality of our product until delivery. After your balloons been delivered, they will be your responsibility to look after. This also applies to venue deliveries. We are not responsible for what occurs after delivery. 

Due to the delicacy of balloons we do not offer third party couriers. If something occurs on the way to deliver your balloons we will return to our shop, create a new arrangement and re-deliver. 

Please ensure someone is home to collect delivery or gates are unlocked, pets are not in way of access to deliver, any codes or room details are supplied in the delivery instructions field at checkout. If no one is present we will attempt to leave where we determine possible. If unable to deliver or leave in a safe place we can redeliver at an additional cost.

Only send deliveries to an apartment/hotel complex or hospital if you are 100% sure someone will be there to collect. If we cannot access the complex and no one is answering the phone or patient is no longer in hospital a redelivery fee will occur. Please state delivery instructions on checkout field; e.g. Intercom instructions, access code, hospital ward and room number etc. 

We are able to deliver to venues. Please let us know your time of booking in the notes section and add venue address to Delivery Address information.

Majority of the time we deliver your balloons in a balloon transport bag to ensure they are kept safe. We may deliver them without the bag where we feel it is safe and appropriate to do so. For example they are a surprise for someone at work. In the event they are left please bring balloons inside and remove from transport bag as soon as possible to avoid theft or damages. Any stolen or damaged deliveries will not be our responsibility after this point.

In the event we are unable to deliver or leave your items will be returned to us and a re-make and re-delivery fee will apply. No refunds will be given on returned items. 

We deliver to Melbourne & Surrounding areas with some areas further out. Our delivery costs vary between $15-$40. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout the delivery charge will appear and you will be able to select your day and time slot.

Minimum order is between $20-$50 depending on how far away you are.  

Our delivery time slots are 11am-3pm, 3pm-7pm and 11am-7pm (all day) if not time sensitive Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. 12am-7pm on Tuesdays. and 9am-2pm, 12pm-7pm and 9am-7pm (all day) if not time sensitive on Saturdays. Sundays are by special request only. Please email us for a Sunday booking.

However it is possible for delivery to happen outside of given time windows due to reasons we cannot control. Things like road closure, traffic or accidents may cause delay. We do our absolute best to make sure all orders are delivered as soon as possible and on time. Refunds will not be given on late deliveries. 

Same Day Delivery cut off is 11am Melbourne Time, If date is not sold out or blocked out by calendar and within the allowed delivery zone. Same Day Delivery not available on Party Pack 3 & 4 or Photo Packs. 72 hours notice is required for these packages.
For Same Day Delivery after 11am cut off please email us on info@balloons2u.online or contact us via our social media and we will see if we are able to accommodate.

Refunds may be given in the days prior to delivery and will be looked at on a case by case basis. Please contact us immediately should you wish to cancel your delivery.
